My ad is taking a long time

A talking video usually takes 2–4 minutes and sometimes longer when many people are generating. You can leave the app: we send a notification when your ad is ready and it appears in My Gallery.

Generation failed

A failed video is not counted against your plan. Tap Generate Ad again: Hookcast reuses the first frame it already made, so the retry is faster. If it keeps failing, try another photo or a shorter script.

How many ads do I have left?

The line under the Generate Ad button shows it. Weekly plans include 7 ads per 7 days, yearly plans 4 ads per 30 days, with up to 2 ads per day on any plan.

Restore purchases or cancel

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. To cancel, open Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Hookcast. To restore a purchase on a new device, open the plans screen in Hookcast and tap Restore.

Delete my data

Delete photos and ads in My Gallery. To delete everything we process on our side, email us from the address above. See the Privacy Policy for details.
